Exhaust Cleaning Service We offer other services to compliment our superior kitchen exhaust cleaning. Other services we provide include free estimates, filter exchange program, grease containment systems and maintenance, power washing of service drives, sidewalks, loading and delivery docks, awnings, and building exteriors, graffiti removal, and lot striping just to name a few. We recommend the use of stainless steel filters and carry a large selection to accommodate most needs. Our filter exchange program compliments our services in that we exchange a complete set of filters with each service and intervals between services. Filters are never cleaned on-site, but rather replaced with clean ones. In addition to thorough and recommended service cycles (NFPA-96), we also install and maintain Grease Containment Systems (GCS). Each installation is custom-fitted to meet each systems needs. The GCS is designed to limit the amount of grease deposit on rooftops. The GCS is inspected each time the exhaust system is cleaned. The pads are rotated or changed out to ensure effectiveness. Each GCS is either placed around the fan base or directly on the rooftop depending on the type and condition of system currently in use. Is This Your Roof?
It is not uncommon for this type of problem to exist on restaurants and food service establishments. People tend to think “out of sight, out of mind “. However, for this problem to exist on the roof there is a much greater problem within the system. To have this much build-up, the fan(s) and duct are overloaded with grease. Not only does this render the exhaust system inefficient, but more importantly poses a serious fire hazard. Grease laden vapors are no longer being pulled from the system and out through the roof as efficiently as they should be. Routine, thorough cleaning is the key to not only a clean kitchen exhaust, but also to a more efficient and effective system; not to mention minimizing damage and possibly saving a roof replacement. We also understand that quarterly and even semiannual service fees can adversely affect various budget structures and therefore, make recommended service schedules unfeasible. Therefore, we offer a monthly billing option. This allows our customers to pay over a period of time for regularly scheduled services.
