Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Service
Filter Exchange Program  ○  Grease Containment Systems  ○  Service Drives

Our crews arrive on site with all the equipment needed to complete the job. Above, the fan is removed from duct and the duct is power washed to the vent-hood below. The fan is also cleaned while off the mount of the duct. The crew assigned to the bottom of exhaust system moves all removable equipment from underneath the vent-hood.

Since systems and design vary, the best method to properly clean the fan and duct from above is used. Equipment that may come in contact with water is wrapped in plastic. Below, the vent-hood and accessible duct is scraped by hand ensuring that hidden areas i.e. plenums (filter housing) and angled ducting, have been addressed. Hood and duct is then degreased, washed and wiped down. No mess is left on site. Before equipment is replaced, the area where equipment is to be set is cleaned and floor is mopped. All areas affected are cleaned. A sticker is then affixed to the hood verifying that it has been cleaned by a certified technician and indicates the next service date. In addition, we submit an “inspection sheet” to the staff on duty. This inspection sheet notifies you of any inaccessible area or safety issues that we feel you should be made aware of in your system. This inspection sheet allows for comments from both our employees and yours. A copy is left at each job site for review. Any serious issues or concerns will be enclosed with the invoicing statement.
